Set in Legazpi, Makati, this Papakape branch celebrates the city’s cosmopolitan character, shaped by architecture, movement, 

and the bold design language of the 1970s and 1980s.

Inspired by the works and influence of Filipino architects such as Leandro Locsin, Juan Nakpil, and Francisco Mañosa, 

Papakape Legazpi looks back at a time when Makati was becoming a modern city of strong silhouettes, open spaces, and ambitious forms. It draws from the era’s mix of elegance, function, and quiet drama: the kind of design that made the city feel 

forward-looking, but still deeply rooted.

The branch also pays tribute to iconic Makati buildings that no longer stand. Through its signature drinks, 

these lost landmarks are remembered in a new way, not as monuments, but as flavors, stories, and small moments people
